The project to establish a web monitoring platform for the oversight of over 7,000 telecommunications sites in Tehran Province was recognized as a fundamental and innovative initiative aimed at enhancing service quality and increasing access to telecommunications networks. By categorizing the sites regionally, the project provided a more detailed monitoring capability for each site's status, assisting professionals in the field to make better decisions in problem resolution by presenting outage histories and analyzing relevant data for each site.
The available active and passive information, including the prioritization and classification of problem resolution, served as effective tools that could enhance transparency and accuracy in network management. This approach not only aided in improving system performance but also increased customer satisfaction, instilling greater confidence in the quality of the services provided. To achieve these goals, the incorporation of modern technologies and advanced analytical methods was highly effective, and it can serve as a model for similar projects in other provinces and sectors of the country. Given the high population of Tehran Province and the ongoing need for strong and stable communications, this project clearly reflects the significance of the implemented initiative in continuously examining and managing telecommunications infrastructure.
